  • Please check your spelling, fadas etc.  We cannot refund items where the personalisation has been mis-typed or mis-spelt due to an error made by you.
  • No refunds or exchanges on personalised items
  • All damages must be notified within 24 hours of delivery
  • Lead times may vary depending on the time of year
  • Postal delays are beyond our control.
  • All prices are shown exclusive of postage and packaging charges, postage and packaging charges will be calculated at the ‘checkout’ stage.
